Lawrence Rozario is the key person of Rodela Tex. He has a huge knowledge and working experience in this trade. After Complete his Masters Degree in Management and MBA in Marketing he joined a Factory Pullman Knit wear BD Ltd 2007 as a Merchandiser. 2008 he promoted in same company as a Senior Merchandiser and also started Marketing. From that time he grown to know many buying house and buyer. 2010 Mr. Rozario Joined an Italian Buying house in Dhaka as Merchandiser Manager. From then he directly started to Work with Foreign Customer and direct with the Factory. He gathered a huge knowledge and Experienced in that time with many Factories and other supplier along with Knit//Woven/Sweater. 2014 he Started his own Buying Business with other 2 Partners JRL Sourcing BD Ltd. Within few years JRL Sourcing BD Ltd grown a strong and well known Buying company in Dhaka. 2021 Mr. Rozario started his other Company Rodela Tex. His Wife Suparna Brigita Costa and His Elder Brother Ronald Rozario joined with him.
